Tobi Lufadeju

Tobi Lufadeju is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is a Mastercard Foundation AfOx Scholar and a member of Christ Church.

Tobi is a general management professional in the tech industry, specialising in product and operations management at startups. Before coming to Oxford, she worked as a Product Operations Specialist at Paystack Payments Limited, a leading Nigerian fintech operating in six African countries. At Paystack, she managed various work streams, including financial partnerships, product development, and procurement. She also led cross-functional initiatives between product teams and departments such as legal, sales, and finance, contributing to the launch of the company’s first in-person payment products in Nigeria.

Tobi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Babcock University, Nigeria, and is certified in CompTIA Project Management and Six Sigma (White Belt). She is passionate about education accessibility and serves as a Director at From School To Work Africa, an initiative that prepares students for employment.

Through her MBA, Tobi aims to further develop her business skills and plans to build and operate African startups that address the continent's developmental challenges.
