
Bukola Oloyede
Bukola Oloyede is pursuing a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford. She is a Mastercard Foundation AfOx scholar and a member of University College.
Bukola’s professional background includes roles at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, West Africa’s largest full-service law firm, where she worked as an associate focusing on corporate governance, competition law, and finance. She has also contributed to international projects, including a proposal for the 2020 Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) REACH project. Bukola’s passion for leadership inspired her to co-found LEAD Africa and establish the AGILE Network, both of which focus on empowering young African leaders and girls.
Her academic achievements include earning a double-first-class degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School.
After completing her studies at Oxford, Bukola plans to use her expertise to influence legal frameworks, particularly by integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into financial technologies and regulations. She aims to support sustainable economic growth and governance across Africa.
